Eligibility requirements
A CourseHost purchase is eligible for a discretionary refund only when both of these requirements are satisfied:
- The request is submitted within seven calendar days of the original purchase.
- Fewer than 50 unique questions in the purchased exam have been answered.
The 50th unique question permanently ends refund eligibility for that purchase.
How progress is measured
CourseHost counts distinct questions answered in the purchased exam. Repeated answers to the same question count once, and answers in any quiz mode count. The fixed 50-question cutoff does not change if questions are later added or removed, and reaching the cutoff cannot restore refund eligibility later.
How to request a refund
Email support@coursehost.org from the email address used for the purchase. Include information reasonably needed to locate and verify your purchase.
Review and payment
CourseHost manually reviews each request using the purchase record and CourseHost answer records. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Processing time varies by the payment provider and financial institution.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit consumer or statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
